Whether for fitness or for competition, Empire Boxing Club can help you achieve your goals. We have three USA Boxing certified coaches who are passionate about health and fitness and the sport of boxing.
What should you expect on day 1.
We will teach you a proper boxing stance and basic footwork. Good boxers need to have a strong foundation. You will learn the techniques of throwing a jab and right cross. These two punches are the easiest to master. For anyone unsure about boxing training, you do not have to spar or compete to train. We train non-athlete members who do non-contact training. Don't let fear and uncertainty hold you back from enjoying the benefits that boxing training has to offer. Give us a call! We are hear to talk about concerns and answer questions.
